  1. This option will make your messages default to printing in a text-only format.  Graphic images on the message forms will not be printed.
  2. The message text will be printed in the 9- or 12-point font that you have selected.

  4. NOTE:  This option just sets the default printing format.  The printing format may be changed at the time of printing.
